Sustainability indexes are becoming increasingly important as they provide objective benchmarks for the financial products that are linked to economic, environmental and social criteria.

Husqvarna has qualified to the OMX GES Sustainability Sweden index, a benchmark index created for responsible investment which comprises the 30 leading Nasdaq OMX Stockholm listed companies in terms of sustainability. Companies included are selected on how well they meet the criteria for environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. The criteria are based upon international guidelines for ESG-issues and supports investor considerations to the UN Principles for Responsible Investments.

Husqvarna is also included in the FTSE4Good Series, an equity index that measures results and performance in companies that comply with globally recognized standards for responsible corporate behavior.
